The International Schizophrenia Foundation (ISF). The ISF is a Canadian based, non-profit, charitable organization federally chartered in 1968, with international affiliates dedicated to raising the levels of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the schizophrenias and allied disorders. The ISF is an organization for patients. The ISOM is the affiliated organization of orthomolecular professionals.

The Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine (JOM). Since 1970, this quarterly Journal for health professionals has published the best of nutritional research and clinical trials.

The Annual Orthomolecular Conference 'Nutritional Medicine Today' (NMT) is the annual conference which brings together leading orthomolecular pioneers from around the world to present and exchange ideas and foster relationships among professionals. This gathering features internationally known physicians and researchers who present five sessions over three days on current orthomolecular approaches to optimize immunological, neurological, cardiovascular and endocrine function.

The Linus Pauling Institute (LPI) was established at Oregon State University (OSU) in 1996 as succeeding organization of the Linus Pauling Institute of Science and Medicine (located in California from 1973 to 1996). The Institute functions from the basic premise that an optimum diet is the key to optimum health. The LPI continues the pioneering efforts of Linus Pauling in orthomolecular medicine. Major areas of research in the Institute encompass heart disease, cancer, aging, and neurodegenerative diseases.

The Center for the Improvement of Human Functioning, the Bright Spot For Health, is a non-profit medical research and educational organization, based in Wichita. At the center are specialists in certain alternative approaches. These include, but are not limited to, nutritional medicine, ear and body acupuncture, detecting and removing excessive amounts of heavy metals from the body, detecting adverse food reactions and hidden parasites, therapeutic massage, and techniques of mental medicine which positively impact psychoneuroimmunology. Closely connected to the center is the Bio-Center Laboratory(BCL), established in 1975. This laboratory has dedicated itself to providing accurate clinical assays focusing on nutritional medicine. The specialties include testing for pyrroles, histamine, spermidine, spermine, cytoxtoxic food sensitivities, parasitology, analysis of red blood cell fatty acids and minerals, along with many vitamins. The Bio-Center Laboratory provides diagnostic services for physicians and hospitals throughout the country to help reveal biochemical impairments and monitor their correction. The Bio-Center Laboratory has received continuous certification from state and federal agencies since 1976. 

The Orthomolecular Vitamin Information Centre is the educational center of Abram Hoffer, the founder of the ISOM, and Frances Fuller. The center educates clients in the ways that nutrition may be helpful in building and maintaining wellness and in helping the body to normalize itself, regardless of what they have been diagnosed by their medical practitioners. Abram Hoffer and Frances Fuller want to share the scientific knowledge that keeps thousands of people healthy.
